Version history of saved reports
See every save of a saved report, preview an older version and restore it.
Lumina keeps a version each time a saved report's name, note, filters, layout or pages are saved. Click Version history at the top of a saved report to see them, newest first, with who saved each one, when, and what changed.
- Open a saved report and click Version history.
- Click Preview on an older version. A bar at the top says You are looking at an older version.
- Click Restore this version to bring it back, or Back to the current version to leave it as it is.
- Restoring saves the older version as a new one, so nothing is lost.
- Only the last 50 versions of each report are kept.
- Owners, admins and members can see and restore versions. Client viewers cannot.
- Version history is not shown while you edit the layout.
