Privacy policy
Last updated 17 October 2026. Draft pending legal review.
Lumina is a reporting tool for marketing agencies and their clients. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
- Organization data: agency name, logo, brand color, timezone, currency, team members and their roles.
- Advertising data: when you connect an ad platform, we read performance data (for example spend, impressions, clicks and conversions) for the ad accounts you select. We request read-only access.
- Usage data: basic logs needed to run, secure and fix the service.
How we use it
- To show dashboards and reports to you and to the people you share them with.
- To keep connected data up to date.
- To send emails you ask for, such as invitations and scheduled reports.
We do not sell your data or use advertising data for any purpose other than your reports.
Platform data
Access tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted on our servers and are never sent to the browser. Our use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect a platform at any time; its tokens are deleted when you do.
Where data is stored
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Netlify for hosting).
Cookies
Lumina only uses cookies needed to run the service: one to keep you signed in and one to remember which workspace you opened. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
Your choices
- Edit your profile and organization details in Settings.
- Owners and admins can download all workspace data in Settings, Data. Owners can delete the workspace there.
- Anyone can delete their own account in Settings, Profile.
- You can also ask us to export or delete your data by emailing the address below.
