AI report summaries
A short written summary built only from the numbers in the report.
- Open a client report with data in it.
- Click Write summary at the top. It can take up to a minute.
- Click Write again after you change the filters or when new data comes in.
- The summary is written from this view's numbers, compared with the period before. It does not use any other data.
- Every number in the summary is checked against the report data. A point with a number that is not in the data is left out.
- A workspace can write 40 summaries in 24 hours.
- The report must be in one currency. Filter to one currency if your accounts mix them.
- Chart notes for the period are shared with the summary, so it can mention what changed.
If the button says AI summaries are not set up on this server yet, the server has no AI key yet.
