Share links and passwords
Send a live report link that works without an account, with an optional password.
- Open a saved report for a client.
- Click Share.
- Pick how long the link works: no end date, 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Type a password if you want one (at least 8 characters), or leave it empty.
- Choose whether viewers can change the date range.
- Click Create link, then Copy.
- Anyone with the link sees live numbers for this client only. They cannot change the filters or see other clients.
- Each link shows its view count. Click Turn off to stop a link at once.
- After 10 wrong password tries, the link locks for 15 minutes. Many more wrong tries lock it for longer.
- Viewers can save a PDF from the link with the PDF button.
