Use your own domain for shared reports
Show shared live reports on an address like reports.youragency.com.
- Owners and admins open Settings, Organization, Custom report domain.
- Type a subdomain you own, like reports.youragency.com, and click Save domain.
- Where you manage DNS for your domain, add the CNAME record Lumina shows.
- Wait a few minutes, then click Check now. When the domain shows Live, new share links use it.
- Use a subdomain. A bare domain like youragency.com cannot point to Lumina, and your main website is not affected.
- DNS changes can take up to an hour. The secure certificate can take up to an hour after the domain is live.
- Links you sent before still work on the Lumina address.
- Your domain only shows your own shared reports. Sign-in and the app stay on the Lumina address.
- Remove domain switches new links back to the Lumina address.
