The status page
Check whether Lumina and its data updates are working right now.
The status page at /status is public, so you can open it without signing in. It is linked at the bottom of the Lumina website.
- The top line sums it up, for example All systems working or Some data updates are delayed.
- Rows: Website and app, Database, data updates for each platform with when they last ran, and Report emails.
- Each row shows Working, Delayed, Not working or No data yet.
- The page is checked again at most once a minute.
- A login that stops working in your workspace shows in your workspace, on Data sources, not on the status page.
