Contact support
Send a message to the Lumina team from the app. We reply by email.
- Click Contact support in the menu.
- Pick a topic: Question, Something is not working, Billing and plans, or Idea or feature request.
- Type a subject and your message. Say what happened, which client or report, and what you expected.
- Click Send message.
- Lumina adds your workspace name and your email, so you do not need to type them. The reply goes to your email.
- Your messages lists the last 10 sent from this workspace, and whether each is Open or Answered.
- You can send 5 messages an hour.
- If email is not working on the server, your message is still saved and the support team still sees it.
- You can also write to support@luminadash.com.
- Client viewers do not have this page. They should contact the agency that shared the report.
