Download or delete your data
Get a copy of your workspace data, delete a workspace, or delete your account.
Owners and admins can download the workspace data in Settings, Data. There are two kinds of file:
- Workspace data (JSON): clients, data sources, reports, schedules, alerts, notes, comments, members and the activity log. Platform login tokens are never included.
- Daily numbers (CSV): every synced day per ad account, at account, campaign, ad set or ad level. Opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
Owners can delete the whole workspace in Settings, Data. Type the workspace name to confirm. Everything in it is removed for everyone and cannot be brought back.
Anyone can delete their own account in Settings, Profile. If you are the only owner of a workspace, delete that workspace or make someone else an owner first.
