Why only testers can connect some platforms
Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn review Lumina's app before anyone can sign in.
Ad platforms check every app that reads ad data. Until a platform approves Lumina's app, it only lets test users sign in. This applies to Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn while their review is open.
If you are not a test user, the platform's sign-in page may show an error or say the app is not available. Nothing is connected in that case, and you can try again later.
This is a rule of each platform, not a setting in Lumina. Once a platform approves the app, anyone with access to the ad accounts can connect.
