Upload numbers from a CSV file
Add manual data for radio, print, outdoor or any platform Lumina does not connect to.
- Open Data sources and scroll to Manual data.
- Type a source name, pick its currency and click Add source.
- Open the source. Click Download template if you want a ready file.
- Choose your CSV file and click Upload.
- Open the client's Ad accounts tab and tick the source, like any ad account.
- Columns: date (required), campaign, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion_value. Common names like Day, Cost, Amount spent or Revenue also work.
- Dates can be YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY. Comma, semicolon and tab separated files are fine.
- At most 20,000 rows and 1,100 days per file, and 2 MB.
- Every date from the first to the last date in the file is replaced by what the file holds. To fix a mistake, upload the same days again.
- If a value cannot be read, nothing is saved and Lumina tells you the line number.
