Invite your team
Send invitations from Settings, Team, and pick a role for each person.
- Open Settings, then Team.
- Type the person's email address.
- Pick a role: Admin, Member or Client viewer.
- Click Send invite.
The person gets an email with a link to join. If email sending is not set up on your server, Lumina shows the invitation link instead, so you can copy it and send it yourself.
- An invitation link works for 7 days. Pending invitations are listed on the Team page, where you can revoke them.
- Only owners can invite admins. Admins can invite members and client viewers.
- A workspace can send at most 50 invitations in 24 hours.
